REGENSBURG START-UP CONQUERS THE LIONS – AWARDED BY THELEN AND WITH MASCHMEYER TO LAS VEGAS
Just a few weeks ago, former “Die Höhle der Löwen” investor Frank Thelen awarded the Regensburg-based start-up Vuframe as a Logitech start-up partner. Vuframe's platform makes it possible to virtually present products in just a few clicks using 3D or CAD data. This has now sparked the interest of another investor in the hit TV show. Founder and CEO Andreas Zeitler was personally invited by Carsten Maschmeyer to the CES in Las Vegas.
Maschmeyer had used a social media call for candidates to find two technology enthusiasts to accompany him to CES to discuss the latest technologies and innovative solutions. The selection was made on the basis of a comment in which the respective candidates had to introduce themselves and apply. With his technical background and likeability, Andreas Zeitler was able to convince Maschmeyer and, along with another candidate, won one of the coveted tickets for the trip.
CES is one of the world's largest trade shows for consumer electronics, with more than 4,500 exhibitors in Las Vegas every year. In addition to topics such as artificial intelligence and digital health, the latest developments in augmented reality and virtual reality were also presented at the show. With the joint trade fair visit, Maschmeyer wanted to support innovative tech start-ups that are addressing precisely these topics and setting the trends of tomorrow with innovative business ideas. With its cloud-based platform, Vuframe offers a user-friendly solution for demonstrating products virtually and interactively. This can be used, for example, to create virtual product catalogs or training courses that can be shared directly via a link.

It is not yet known which of the “Lions” Andreas Zeitler will convince of Vuframe next. However, after a brief introduction at the “Bits & Pretzels” start-up fair, the chances are already looking good for his successor, Nico Rosberg.
